This is a definite problem, as I am a Bishop and I cannot approve expenses in Chrome, but I can in Safari. I am hopeful the Church is able to figure this one out. And, yes, I have cleared my cache several times in Chrome and it does not seem to help.

I realize it probably won't help with this specific scenario, considering what has been said, but for those who clear their cache and cookies to troubleshoot a problem, another thing you can try in addition to that is clearing your DNS cache. I'm not sure how to do that on Windows or Mac offhand, but on Linux (Xubuntu 22.04.5 LTS), you can do something like this from the command-line: sudo resolvectl flush-caches

We have been told by the GSD there is a known issue affecting all leaders in LCR Finance. The workaround provided was to sign-in to LCR Finance with the username in ALL CAPS. This workaround has worked for Bishop, but not one of his counselors. Try it, YMMV.

Thank you! I had this exact same issue, and after entering my user name in all caps in the approval login field, it finally worked. Interesting issue...I hope they are able to resolve it.
