Select Hymns in App after iPhone update- No Callings Card,

I am the music coordinator. I was able to add selected hymns to the hymn board ahead of time. After the new iPhone update I can no longer see the hymn board in fact I can’t even see the callings card tab either. I also don’t see the RS lesson tab.
What I have done with no success:
-Pulled down refresh
-Uninstall and reinstall app
-Make sure I’m signed in
-Looked for edit home page to see if those things were toggled off. They aren’t even shown to toggle ON.

My calling hasn’t changed, the only thing that changed was the new app version and the new iPhone update.

I know you said you are signed in, but it sure sounds like you're not. At least not with an account connected to your membership record.

Either that or the phone can't reach the server for some reason. How long have you been trying? It's possible the server was being worked on.

I can see my patriarchal blessing, I know I’m signed in. I’ve been trying for a few days. It basically looks like my daughter’s app because she doesn’t have a calling and isn’t in RS.

I found the problem. I am a part of a ward AND a branch because the branch is associated with the prison I teach at. I was able to change to my ward, but only on Sunday when the hymn board popped up. There was no way to swap this before Sunday. It was showing the branch page which I don’t have a music calling for.
