What calendar are these events placed on?

The stake clerk has edit rights to stake event calendars, but not ward event calendars, or location (building) calendars. At least not by default.
A building scheduler has rights to edit events taking place in the building(s) they are set up for in the calendar system.

Stake building rep has no default edit rights. I don't think stake scheduler is a standard position, so it wouldn't have rights by default either.

Note that I don't think adding or editing events is available in anyplace but the calendar webpage.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
