Helping a parent with their account

My 85 year old mother needs to renew her magazine subscriptions and print her donation statements. However, she doesn't remember her username or password. Furthermore, the email address that is tied to her church account is no longer available because she forgot that password also. She doesn't have a mobile phone listed on her account because she still uses a land line. Therefore, how can I recover her account?

She needs to call the Global Service Department of the Church. They can help her, however, unfortunately, they will only speak with her, not you.

Her ward or branch clerk should be able to supply the phone number.

Recovering her email account with her email service provider will help since she needs to have a recovery method for her Church Account. Even using the MRN option to recover a Church account requires a communication method to send the recovery instructions to the member. I suspect support will try to convince her to do that for future issues.

Additionally, the clerk can renew magazine subscriptions, and also print donation statements for a member. While regaining access to her account is a good idea for many reasons, this at least would be another option.
