Priesthood Ordination Issues?

We recently had a Bishopric change and one of the counselors wouldn't save his ordination to High Priest as it did not have a Priest ordination date recorded. It has Elder ordination date and he has served a mission and active temple recommend. I called GSC and they said that this is a known issue that many units are experiencing. They took the membership record number of the member and the person who performed the ordination, said it could take a few days and that I would get an email about it when it is done. I called back a few days later and they said it is still pending, it will now be a week. I'm just wondering if others may have this issue or have had it and how long did it take to resolve?

i had the similar issue, I called the help line, gave the membership names/numbes, date and calling and only a day or two later the issue was resolved.
