Church web page>LCR>Action and Interview List>Interviews tab, then go to the month you want to record the interview in, lastly search in that month for the person's name. You may need to look in multiple months if the interview is not on schedule.

Thank you,
I just had an interview with a member, and I cannot find them on LCR>interview tabs in any avaliable months or other filters. Do I need to add them somewhere for them to be added to the interview tab?

Thank you

Are you asking about general membership interviews or youth interviews? The topic of this thread is for youth interviews. And the report for those interviews is found in LCR > Reports > Action and Interview List and select the Interviews tab. Then, to get all the youth select 'Bishop's Youth Interviews', 'Bishopric Counselor Youth Interviews', and 'Scheduled and Unscheduled' in the 'Show' drop-down list-box.

To get young single adult interviews select 'Young Single Adult Interviews'
and 'Scheduled and Unscheduled' in the 'Show' drop-down list-box.

The 'Month' drop-down list-box shows the available months for the interviews. The current month is selected by default. Two months preceding and two months ahead are available to be selected.

If you are looking for something different than the Action and Interview List, then you will need to provide more details as to what interview list you need.

Yes, I should have clarified. It was for youth interviews. I think you answered my question. For the youth annual interview, if the youth's birthday is not within the 2-month range their name will not pop up, correct?

That is correct. Youth interviews, based on birthday, outside the two months before the current month and more than two months from the current month will not appear on the list. This assumes the current month, the two months prior, and the two months after have been selected.

Just for reference, the youth meetings are addressed in General Handbook, 31.3.1.
