Attachments to email message
How large an attachment may be successfully sent with a relatively short message?

It's fairly likely nobody here knows any closer than an order of magnitude. Another thing to watch out for when sending attachments via Church IT systems is there was (and maybe still is) a bug that sent (or sends) binary attachments as base64-encoded with lines much longer than allowed by relevant RFCs. Depending on what systems the attachment goes through, the attachment may get truncated or perhaps otherwise corrupted.
