I'm a stake clerk and in the past have been looking for a tool to better manage the multiple callings in progress. Stake presidency approval, meet with members, High Council, etc.
Is anyone aware of a tool to do this? I just found callingmanager.com , but it seems like a board to put existingcallings or what it senarios, but not manage the workflow from idea to set apart.
Built my own web based thing, but maybe something's better. If not, anyone want to give mine it a try?

Re: Tool for clerk - calling workflow
The main challenge is that Church policy prohibits storing private membership data in third-party tools and cloud services. Additionally, there isn't an authorized API that external tools can use to fetch up-to-date membership data from Church systems. Circumventing these restrictions can have legal and privacy implications for the Church as a worldwide organization.
The best long-term solution is to send feedback requesting better workflow management in Member Tools and Leader and Clerk Resources.

Thanks for your reply.
I was aware of the no api. And could infer the no personal info.. that’s why for a while we just have a name and a calling proposal in a Google Sheets, but it’s not very efficient for a bunch of other steps (notices and such). So I built a web app to try and help a bit. I stores names and callings, but that’s about it. And uses email to send email notices for HC sustaining votes, meeting members, setting apart. And allows the HC and stake presidency to update without me being involved. Just have to copy over to LCR (cause not api as you mentioned)
I think this should keep me in the clear of the lawyers..
