Covenant Path Progress - Android Member Tools not in sync with LCR

For several months now, sacrament meeting attendance of new members as recorded in Covenant Path Progress is not syncing between the LCR website and Member Tools on my Android version 12 phone. This is not an issue with Member Tools on my wife's iPhone. Is this also an issue with versions 13 or 14 of Android?

I don't know those details, but I will say that I (and others) have occasionally found "random" issues where different bits of data will not sync to our Android phones. Solutions include doing a data refresh, logging out and then back in, or uninstalling/reinstalling the app.

I've moved my Missionary Coordination and Temple and Family History meetings from spreadsheets to Member Tools for the Covenant Path Progress and we've been having the same issue for Android users. Their data is out of sync. Has this been an unresolved issue since 2024, or is there a fix posted somewhere?

While it's possible this is an issue on the Church's side of things, I would have expected more Forum posts about this issue if it was widespread and many members were unable to get updated data to sync.

Have your local members with android phones tried the suggestions in the previous post in this thread? I regularly do a data refresh in the Tools app, simply to avoid data sync issues that I previously experienced in Tools, and that seems to have resolved things for myself.

I can’t verify that they understood the data refresh steps, but according to a few Ward missionaries “it didn’t work”.

I’ll see if I can walk through data refresh with them. Can someone post click level screen capture instructions? I have a feeling they just tried in app sync or uninstall/reinstall vs system settings data refresh.
