Website down?

Is the directory website down? My apps can't sync.

I'm not seeing any problems on my desktop PC. Synchronizing is another issue.

We were experiencing server problems yesterday (Sunday). Our entire team of IT people were and are working on the problem. One of the challenges we face is keeping up with the amount of traffic the servers get as the church grows and the number of members that use their computers and tablets and smartphones to access the church's web pages grows. Thanks for your patience as we work on these challenges.

I have been unable to access the website or make temple reservations since yesterday (6/09/2026). I have an earlier email that tells me I have a reservation in the Newport Beach Temple on Friday (6/12/2026) at 9:30 AM - but when I go on the temple site, it tells me I have no reservations and then doesn’t let me access reservations. Is this a current problem in the system? (I have checked it on both my iPhone and my desktop. Neither works.)

Today is the 10th and I cannot use the website either, for reservations or donations or leadership reports

Either they are doing live "updates," or there has been a major server crash, or both.
