Nobody here can do that. This is a user-to-user discussion forum. However, if you can give a little more information about the situation (but no personal identifying information such as names, etc.) somebody might know where to suggest you go to find someone who can help. Or, you could ask your ward clerk for the phone number for your area for the Global Services Department.
