Upcoming schedule change - permanently extending passing time

Is there any flexibility the Bishopric has to extend one of the five-minute passing times to 10 minutes, resulting in a total meeting block of 2 hours and 5 minutes?

Our ward overlaps with another ward so that our youth and Primaries can be combined. Since we are the second ward, our schedule would be Sunday School first, followed by quorum/group meetings, and then sacrament meeting.

The concern is that the five-minute passing time between quorum/group meetings and sacrament meeting does not allow enough time for the Aaronic Priesthood holders to set up the sacrament.

It would seem your stake president would be the first person to ask for guidance in applying the new schedule to a unique or at least unusual situation.

It would be great if you could reply back with whatever decision is made, as a reference point for others who may find this post. I think it's a great question; I know one of the instructional videos did have a brief comment about how the meeting order could be switched if required, but there wasn't any mention of what you identified. As members we're always encouraged to arrive early for sacrament meeting to be prepared -- and having only five minutes to get the kids from Primary and wrangle them into the pews, may not be ideal Given the continued emphasis on sacrament meeting being the core of our Sunday worship experience, I'd expect there will be flexibility for what you need.
