Changes in Missionary Recommendation Systems

I've noticed that we have changes in what we are putting into the missionary recommendation system. It seems like immunizations are no longer being put in by clerks. Was this change announced somewhere? What should we do for missionaries who are giving us immunization records because they are not aware of this change?
