It would be interesting to know if with the church standard software for smart tv's, there's a way to play a video directly from a thumb drive connected to the TVs USB port.
Anyone know of a way?

We can’t seem to get screen sharing to work on any Apple devices. FM Group didn’t put the TVs in the NoSplash policy, so got that sorted out.

Figured out the screen sharing issue. Apple devices didn't work with the Anker USB-C to HDMI adapter, but worked fine with the Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter on all the Apple devices I've tested (iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks).
Just something to look out for if you're running into issues. Need to spring for the expensive OEM Apple adapter.

Anker USB-C to HDMI adapters connected to Apple devices work for us ! Note-after you attach the USB-C connector to the iPhone it takes about 8 seconds for the image to appear on the TVApple devices didn't work with the Anker USB-C to HDMI adapter
