I am a new ward clerk. I printed a new signature card and obtained all the signatures. I then attempted to upload the new card and for a long time it showed “pending approval”. I asked the bishop to approve it, but he said it showed an error failing to upload. I checked again and the current state is that it shows “Error: Failed to load PDF document.”
So I have tried uploading again, but it’s stuck in this state. It won’t reload and won’t let me upload a new one. I can sometimes get a “View Pending Card” button and it will show the new card, but only gives me Remove or Cancel options.
How can I resolve this?

Re: New signature card upload error
Given the urgency of having an updated signature card on file, you might need to contact the Global Services Department.

Sometimes the cookie buildup issue creates unexpected problems. Try deleting cookies for the churchofjesuschrist.org website. If that does not correct the issue then follow rmrichesjr's suggestion to contact GSD support.
