I am trying to upload my Medical and Dental records, but it keeps saying the files are too large. I am uploading them as a PDF, is there an alternate method that would be better?

Does the system state what the file size limits are? If so, how close to the limits are your files?

Does the system accept a ZIP file containing the PDF files? A ZIP file compresses the contents, which can often reduce the total size of multiple files or a single file.

Nobody here can fix that.

Please make sure your Membership Record Number (MRN) is connected to your Church Account and you are signing in.

Then, please talk with your bishop or ward clerk about the problem. They might be able to find a solution. If they can't solve it, please ask your ward clerk for the contact information for the Global Services Department. The GSD should be able to fix it.

Do ward missionaries have access to the portal? I couldn't find a definitive list, but what I could find didn't include ward missionaries.
