Great question though! And don't worry, you'll have the chance to ask this question again as we get closer to the actual event.marianomarini_vi wrote:It will be interesting to know the role played by the social-technology into Church related fields. (Forget me, as Italian I'm used to spend many words for a simple idea).
For example. Is acceptable a "tele-home teaching"? If yes, in what case or wich is the "crisp edge" between acceptable and not accecptable? And so on.

This is fun
My mind keeps being drawn back to this exercise. What elements would comprise the ideal tag line for the Tech Talks? Discussion, definitely. And something about building the kingdom/establishing Zion. And since one purpose of the Tech Talks is to promote contribution, that aspect should probably be included as well.
I really like "Discussing the Technology of Zion"--in fact, I think it's my favorite--but wonder how it could include the contribution aspect.
I like the alliteration and crispness of "Converse. Collaborate. Contribute." But it doesn't have a reference to Zion or the kingdom. Maybe that's okay, though, since these are LDS Tech Talks .
Still thinking...

I think "technology of Zion" will land us straight to "Open Source Community" with all its implications.Kathryn wrote:I really like "Discussing the Technology of Zion"--in fact, I think it's my favorite--but wonder how it could include the contribution aspect.
