Thanks, Cassie. So I played around with a few more tag lines ...

2009 LDSTech Online Tech Talk
Advancing Zion's technology through communication and collaboration

2009 LDSTech Online Tech Talk
Conversing and collaborating on the technology of Zion

But I think they might be too long. For a short tag line that still meets the criteria (since "LDS" & "Tech" are mentioned event name), I think I'd go back to "Converse. Collaborate. Contribute."

Awesome suggestions! My initial idea was "Where the Church and the community come together."

Since I haven't seen an official tag line yet, I'll offer a variation on the connected theme:

"The Technical Gathering of Israel"

...or maybe "The Other Ether Net" ? ;-)

There isn't an official tag line... but we've been using converse, collaborate, contribute.

I am impressed. All of these tag lines have been fantastic!
Aside from the current "converse, collaborate, contribute" tag,
My other personal favorite is from splassle:
