Time out is too short in medical response area.

My son checked a few boxes regarding conditions and injuries he has had (athletic injurues, surgeries etc) and then had to fill out what seems like a page for each thing he checked. Well he spent 1 hour going through the page to get everything accurate, and upon hitting finished he was thrown out to the login page. Basically a timeout. So he wasted 1 hour of time gathering all the information, and providing accurate information.

He is not very happy tonight.

Consider extending the time out, or warning users of time restraints.

I've have instructed my prospective missionaries to fill out the missionary application first outside of the online version; either on paper or another program. For example, create answers in a word processor, save it, then copy and paste answers into the Missionary Online Recommendation System.

Of course, hindsight is 20/20. Sorry he ran across that glitch.

Probably too late now, but often you can hit the back button and then be able to copy your answers out to another program after you get the timeout.
