If it doesn't use Flash, then the only thing I can think of is overly strict security settings.
Since it works on another machine, there doesn't appear to be a problem with the account or the website. I don't know how much troubleshooting CHQ would be willing to do.

Maybe I'm missing something in the thread but I don't see any mention of whether it has been tried on a different machine. That would certainly be something that should be checked before going further.

Sorry, I must have been thinking about a different thread. I agree, checking that it works for that account on another machine would be a good idea.
