How does the Church buy pianos, computers and software?

I have only heard comments from members that they have a agreement with Dell for computers and yamaha for pianos ( even Doe i have seen a Kawai digital piano) what about software?

Is there some official statement on that?

Assuming this is something that the church buys regularly and depending on the situation, I suspect there's probably a buyer at Church Headquarters and/or perhaps the Area Office (which in North America is the CHQ) which negotiates a master contract.

After that, in the case of pianos and computers, it's probably up to the FM group to place the order as needed.
