Need 1989 Hinckley MP3

I am looking for older General Conference MP3 Downloads. Does anyone know where they can be found or, if they exist. I am specifically looking for a talk that President Hinckley gave that was titled "Rise to the Stature" in 1989.

If anyone could help that would be great...it is for my wife's Young Women's Activity Tuesday night.
