Internet Explorer 10 (IE 10) and Premium Family History Websites

Post by pete.arnett »

Have a challenge with Internet Explorer 10 (IE 10) and not being able to access the Premium Family History Websites

Have re-installed LANDesk and Chrome works, but not IE 10, you get the message: "This page can't be displayed"

Have run the new PortalCfg and Chrome works but not IE 10, you get the message: "This page can't be displayed"

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure as IE10 is supported in the FHC.

Probably not supported yet, have heard of very few installs if at all even on a general level.

IE 9 was buggy enough, they never got that one cleaned up before they rolled out IE 10.

IE 9 was not very useful in the FHC setting, most people went to Firefox (any) and Chrome as things largely would work correctly in both browsers, including the premium websites portal, fewer problems were encountered with either and most were in fact minor.
