Where is ICS upload tool?

Where is ICS upload tool?

What happened to the ICS upload tool. I can't find it any more?

It's still available under Settings > Import Events. You do have to be an administrator to see it.

I also noticed that once you are in any of the other Settings options, the Settings menu no longer includes the Import Events option. You can only get to Import Events from the main Calendar view.
