I have repeatedly requested that these ticket numbers and response to surveys indicates what the notification are about. Unfortunately nothing has changed so far!

I did too. I received an email thanking me for contacting Global Services Department and that they had resolved my case. There was no mention what they did to fix it. As far as I can tell, it still isn't fixed. I was trying to find "11 December 2020, Notice, Office of the Presiding Bishopric, Availability of Zoom Licenses for Local Unit Virtual Meetings" and "25 September 2020, Guidelines for Using Virtual Meeting Technologies". When I go to "Official Communications" and click on "Presiding Bishopric" it says "No documents were found" and neither is listed in the chronological list. It sounds to me like they have misplaced all of the Presiding Bishopric documents. I'm going to try replying to the email and see if I get a response.
