Accessing August 2020 Prior Letters
In preparation for RootsTech this year people have been given the challenge to review some instructions from President Ballard (see “Strengthening Missionary and Temple and Family History Work in Stakes and Wards” [letter, May 26, 2020]). The letter is inaccessible on the official church communication webpage because it is so old. How could one access it?

It's not inaccessible due to age, but because the site is messed up.

I wasn't able to find a direct link to the letter, but here's a summary on the Church News website:

I have the letter. The Church News article actually covers almost everything in it and even included the link to the letter (which no longer works). If you study the Church News article, you will be adequately prepared with the instructions you were asked to review in advance.
