Jumping on an old thread because the need is still real (and the May 2026 bump said the same).

The original complaint still lands: a lot of free commercial signup tools pay for themselves with ads and marketing, and members feel it in their inbox. Paper works for some, Google Forms help a little, but secretaries still want a simple digital sheet that isn’t an ad product.

I’m not Church IT, and this isn’t an official Church tool. I’ve been building a small independent option for ward signup sheets — time slots, spot limits, one shareable link. Members pick a slot and enter their name **with no account and no app**. It won’t live inside LDS Tools. If you want a true Church product, Feedback on Church sites is still the right path. This is just a practical stopgap some of us are trying for things like tithing declaration appointments and other secretary sheets.
