Trying to add a custom calling

Discuss questions around local unit policies for membership (creating records, transferring records, etc.) This forum should not contain specific financial or membership information.

A hidden calling means that someone in the past got tired of seeing that vacant calling in the list. If you click on edit for one of those kind of positions you have the option to '(hide)' it.

To unhide it go to the Organizations menu | other callings | History. Then under the Options button check Hidden Callings. Edit the History Specialist and choose "(unhide)".

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. A bug was introduced while adding another feature. This has been fixed and will go out with our next release (20 July 2023).
