LDS Member Tools can't log on

I’m been experiencing the same issues, & done the delete app —> reboot —> Background refresh settings —> Reinstall app to no affect.

What I’m finding is I’m using an old iPhone that is on the 15 iOS not the current 16 iOS. I’m having to reinstall an older version of the app. That may be my issue

I haven’t had any problems until I tried to refresh on Sunday 8/18/24.

Any advice?!?

It looks like this is an ongoing problem. It will let me login to Les tools but once I am there the screen goes blank and I have to reset my app. I have deleted it and it is already updated. I do not know what to do. This is so crazy
