This may be dependent on Android version. I'd expect the app to be dependent on the OS to report the usable screen size.

You could also check if you're on the beta version of the app. The current beta of Member Tools is a major rewrite, from what I understand, and I wouldn't be surprised if there are still bugs being worked out (if you're on the beta, it would probably be helpful to send feedback through the app to let the Member Tools team know).

I am on the beta releases, which is why I provided feedback from the app as soon as I noticed my problem with the new interface. My problem was fixed within a few weeks.
