I've heard this mentioned before but never heard/saw that it was being tested. Do you know where that's being tested? It is being tested in at least three temple districts at this time. There has been no general announcement, nor would I expect to see one until it is released for general use.

Nothing has been announced, but if you live in three specific temple districts you can receive your recommend that way, and any temple in the world is able to accept them.
