It's May now, and I have been experiencing this problem since November. Can someone share how they resolved this issue? Or is it still unresolved and being worked on, 5 months later?

Are you sure your MRN is attached to your Church Account?
Have you tried clearing the browser cache and deleting cookies in case it might be the cookie build-up problem?
Have you checked earlier in this thread for suggestions? There might be information about the best solution being to call the store and do the transaction over the phone.

I can't make temple appointments or see the garments to then buy them at all. It won't even come up as an option after I click the category. Help!!

Is your membership number (MRN) associated with the account? If not, then the web pages will treat you like a non-member.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Also get with your ward clerk and make sure your membership records are in your ward
