Error on Household Data Download

When I select the option to download member data with confidential information, I get the following error message "Error sorry." Using IE 8.

I get the same result (using Firefox 8). But I would note that the download seems to work just fine if you choose the option for "Do NOT include confidential data." That would seem to also imply that the download will work just fine for members who don't have a calling that allows them to download confidential data.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
