Submit Feedback link dead

And the within-page feedback link is dead perhaps? Before coming here, I tried to submit feedback through the member-news page, and it choked. (Chrome, entered all the fields, clicked "Submit" and it churned and churned before dying)

We think this is a larger issue with all of our feedback links. We are seeing the same issue in other sections of the site.
