Text encoding issue for foreign letters when synced

Hi,

I don't know if this is the right place to raise this issue. If not, I would appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction.

The Swedish alphabet has three additional letters; "å", "ä" and "ö". When these letters are used in a calendar they get distorted when synced to a third party calendar, in my case Google Calendar:

"å" becomes "å"
"ä" becomes "ä"
"ö" becomes "ö"

This is probably a text encoding issue during the sync that is rather common with UTF-8 encoded text. This is quite a big issue since all three letters are common and the entries become more or less illegible in a third party calendar.

I just want to confirm that I also have that same problem in Norway. I sync with Google calendar.
