I have noticed an issue that occurs when initially opening LDS.org in IE8 that began after the redesign of the menu bar. The page comes up partially scrolled down the page (see image). This hides both the site menu bar and page menu bar. It looks like the browser is set to the top of the middle frame of the page. This only occurs when initially opening LDS.org. Subsequent navigation away from and then return to the home page does not display this behavior. This does not happen with Firefox or Chrome.
