Overlapping calendar events
We suspected this might be a possibility. We have 2 events happening at the same time utilizing the same resources(rooms). Hopefully just a fluke? If not, please address this bug.- Building Scheduling

Just to be sure - this is two events (not an event and a reservation) and it is indeed the same rooms in the same location (not a duplicate location).
One way to test this would be to make a small edit and re-save the event.
As far as I know, it works as it should, but there may have been some small windows of time when it was possible.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
