Swarm Question on testing

I haven't done swarm tests before. I can test things on multiple OSes and browsers. However, I'm guessing the swarm tests are limited to one set of tests per user? If so, what is the correct protocol? Do I just go through them on each combination and if I find a problem, report it and give the OS/browser details?

That would mean that I might report an error on something like Firefox Mac one day and IE Windows on another. Will I be able to edit my responses later and will you pick up changes I make in my responses?
