Family Search Indexing for IPAD4
As I went out to the website I noticed that there was supposedly an app for IPAD's to do indexing from. However, when clicking on it, it does not allow you to download for IPAD 4's. Has this application been turned off, or is it available for the IPAD at all. I would love to get using it. Let me know

I read recently that the App had been withdrawn sometime in December. It was basically a beta version. The developers felt they had enough testers/indexers.
Purely speculation now as to whether it will be released/improved in the future!

Do we have any update when the indexing app will be available for IPAD and Andriods in the Future?

The most recent news is in the article Looking Back, Looking Forward. Basically there is currently no plan for a specific indexing app, but rather the new experience will be browser-based.
