Wrong ward and stake info

Wrong ward and stake info

Our records were transferred last week to our new ward, however, when either my husband or I log in to lds.org or try to access the ward directory/information through LDS Tools, it still shows our former ward/stake info. We have tried syncing and downloading the directory information in the app several times - still not working. We really need to have access to our new ward directory. Please help.

You need to get with your membership clerk. The fact that the system still sees you as being in the old ward indicates that your records really haven't moved.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
