Is anyone else running Android 4.3? Can you try and launch LDS Tools and see if it crashes after the splashscreen?
I submitted an email to support and noticed that LDS Tools has problems connecting to the sqllite database on Android 4.3. Just wanted to see if I was the only one seeing the issue.
