Making older conference talks available on LDS.org

Hello,

What are the plans for making available conference talks from before 1971 (the oldest currently on LDS.org)? Some manuals contain leaders' quotes from Conference Report going back to the late 1800's and it would be nice to have the original talks available to read. The oldest Ensign on the website is also from 1971 so I imagine they're posting conference talks as they work their way back through the magazines, but scriptures.byu.edu has conference talks since 1942 so they must already be in digital format somewhere.
