Technology Committee Helps

We are in the process of setting up a technology committee in our Stake, and aside from the Stake Technology help articles, are there any other help aides to assist this committee in getting started?

I don't know of any guidelines or ideas that have been put together in the past for a stake technology committee – but that sound interesting and I'm interested to hear how yours is organized and what kinds of things it will be responsible for...
