Study Profile question

Just wondering if it is possible to create the equivalent of a study profile? As an example, I would like to study the Book of Mormon with a specific question in mind. Everything I mark and make notes on would be helping me to answer that question. I would like to repeat this process many times. I've done this with a soft copy of the BoM but would like to do the equivalent digitally.

I do not want to simply use different colours to answer different questions in the same "copy" of the BoM.

Is there a way to do this?
