Finding names when tagging pictures

After adding a photo, if you try to tag it with a name of someone you haven't tagged before, you have to look them up. When you type a name, like Sarah Smith, all the possible Sarah Smiths show up. It would be better if the t of the list were the Sarah smiths that are in my line first (maybe with a separator before those not in my line). I'm adding a photo, there is a better than average chance that the Sarah Smith I am looking to tag is one in my line.
