I searched and did not find anything posted on this.
In Sunday School today my phone got really hot and the battery went from 50%-35% in that hour while using the app. No other apps were running and this does not happen otherwise.
Is there something that is taxing the processor, in the app that needs to be recoded. I also use night mode for the app.
Any help welcome. Other than that I love the app and am grateful for the developers. Thanks!

My guess is that it's something to do with iOS 8, which is in beta. I've had similar problems on beta OS X 10.10...
