Notes not working this morning?

Notes not working this morning?

I'm not able to go to Tools/Notes this morning. It just hangs and eventually goes back to the page I was on previously. I am able to use the study tools to annotate articles, it's just the Notes page that's not working. Is anyone else having difficulty with that today?
