Vendors are not paid by the Church to train members on copier use. One page “job Aids” with simplified instructions are included with most models by the manufacturers, as is a CD containing an owner’s manual that can be printed. Hard-copy manuals are generally not shipped with new copiers. Owner’s manuals can also be downloaded and printed from the vendor’s websites.
