The attached Word document provides click by click instructions for:
1. downloading media files from a website.
2. loading the media files to a USB stick.
3. showing the media on the USB stick on a display.
I created these detailed instructions to help teachers overcome seemingly trivial problems that stand in the way of a smooth in-classroom result.
I invite you to adapt these instructions to the particular make and model of display that you have in your meetinghouses.

Re: Showing media on a USB stick on a display
I have enlarged the previous attachment to address:
1. capability of the media carts in our stake - may be a useful model for other stakes.
2. how to format a USB stick on Windows and MAC if it's not compatible with the TV.
3. connecting an iPAD.

Thanks for your hard work on this. For those who have problems opening a DOCX file, this is the same document as above only in PDF format.
