There's nothing you can do in MLS about that. The problem is with the privacy settings of the recipients, as described in the discussion "Send A Message" only works for those with "Stake Visibility".rtcampa wrote:Some unit leaders with valid email addresses still show as "having opted out" from receiving messages. The only way to fix it at this point is to change the privacy setting associated with their email address, which they can individually do, or which a clerk or bishopric/stake presidency member can also do with the member's permission.
